Came here for brunch given the good reviews. Got there around 11:40am on a Saturday and ended up with a 1 hour wait. We were able to just hang out at the Starbucks nearby. Once we were seated, the service was really fast. It was a bit noisy with all the chatter but everything was clean and the decor was nice. Whether you are craving savory or sweet, there's lots of good options. The croissant French toast was a really interesting item and tasted so good -- nice layers, yummy cream, sweet syrup, fresh fruit. The fruit cup that came with the scramble was also really fresh and the potato's in the other dish were good. Portions were large -- sausage was sooo flavorful and we had leftovers. Nice plating

Bloom is a nice breakfast, brunch restaurant. The wait staff was nice and on top of things. It was pretty busy, but it didn't take long for our food to come out and it was hot. The place was kind of loud with talking which is a good thing. People together having a good conversation over food. The food was tasty and looked very pretty. I would visit here again.

Simple interior design with proper use of lighting and plants makes it a perfect place to start a brand new day. Fresh squeezed orange juice is one of the highlights on the menu. The burritos may be a light choice if you don’t like too much seasonings on it, while you may have more dressings as much as you like. The berries, honey and cream are awesome to go with the pancakes. Also, who would resist a cup of hot chocolate in the chilly morning?

If you're looking for a insta-worthy brunch place, then you've come to the right place. This place is right off San Thomas and is always popping! SERVICE: It gets reeeeeaaaalllyyyy busy on the weekends so make sure to come early to join the wait list (45 - 1 hour wait time typically). The food comes out ok, but since it's busy, it's understandable. AMBIANCE: Very noisy. It's noisier than other cafes I've gone to. Maybe it's due to the size of the place. But there is adequate room in the restaurant. If you're trying to have a conversation, just repeat it again lol. Love the plants and decor BTW. FOOD: I tried the Carnitas Bene(dict), (that's how they have it on their menu), churro waffle their house lemonade. Their carnitas were good, but I wish the meat was crispier. I liked they bake their own English muffin which was soft and airy but had a good bite. The green sauce (they had red too) that came with it was good. It wasn't "heavy" at all so I ate the whole thing. Also, get.their.PO.TAY.TOES. If you like garlic fries, these are like their equally handsome twin brother. The churro waffles where light and airy and true to it's description, it tasted of dulce de Leche (which was delightful). The fruit that they include compliments the whole waffle. On a separate visit, I tried their steak and eggs. The steak is cooked to your liking and they knocked it out of the park. I wasn't able to finish this one so it became a breakfast quesidilla the next day at home. Overall, I understand why it's so popular. Will definitely eat here again!
